We understand how frustrating it can be for homeowners to find contractors who communicate clearly, manage projects efficiently, and deliver on promises. That’s why we focus on keeping commitments, maintaining transparency, and making the construction process as smooth as possible. From new homes to additions and remodels, our goal is to give every client a construction experience they can trust.
Jim Ingraham
I began my career in the construction industry nearly 20 years ago as a carpenter, gradually moving into management roles with several companies. For the past eight years, I managed a custom home building company for an out-of-state owner, overseeing projects from concept to completion.
With approximately 20 years in the industry—12 of those in management—I bring extensive design experience to every project. I am a licensed and insured North Carolina General Contractor and have managed the construction of over 200 new homes, along with dozens of additions and remodels.
I created Middleton Construction NC to provide homeowners with an honest, reliable, and high-quality construction experience. I’ve heard too many contractor horror stories over the years, and my goal is to ensure it doesn’t have to be that way.
